Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to consistently refine and enhance talent development practices.
  • Innovate by introducing future-ready tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the People and Organization (P&O) team to assess talent measures.
  • Use data-driven insights for effective action plans and informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate with HR Partners worldwide to ensure a smooth transition and sustained coaching for the adoption of talent development solutions.
  • Actively contribute to This Company's talent development areas, including Talent Discovery, Talent Advancement, Performance & Capability Development, and fostering a Sense of Belonging among employees.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Demonstrated fluency in the English language is essential.
  • 5 to 10 years in Talent Management or a related domain.
  • Minimum of two years of dedicated experience leading HR/Talent Management projects.
