We are seeking an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our family in Qatar - you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenues by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and/or services.
- Closing end-to-end client deals, including contract negotiation and agreement formulation.
- Work with cross-functional business partners (Product Development, Operations, Technology, Compliance) to secure new and existing client opportunities.
- Analyzing account performance reports, generating leads and identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Subject matter expert and point of contact to a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management experience is a must.
- Experience within the following industries is a plus: Financial Services, IT Solutions, E-Commerce, Telecommunications.
- Excellent communication skills (Languages: Arabic & English).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree is required (Business Administration, MIS, or any related discipline).
