Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Client and Vendor Acquisition Specialist –

Heavy Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the

construction and heavy equipment industry and will be responsible for acquiring vendors and

clients, as well as onboarding them onto our platform.


(Some of) What you will be doing:

  • Identify and engage with vendors in the heavy equipment industry to list their equipment on the platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring they are aware of and

able to use the platform effectively.

  • Onboard both vendors and clients, providing them with guidance on how to use the

platform’s features.

  • Implement strategies to drive platform usage within the heavy equipment rental

market.

  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the platform meets market needs.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop materials that support vendor and client

onboarding.


Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

  • Proven experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry, particularly in

roles involving client or vendor relations.

  • Strong understanding of the heavy equipment rental market.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
