Direct and oversee the sale of admissions tickets, e-wallet credit and customer service. Maintaining accurate sales records and cash handling is a primary responsibility. Likewise supporting the Marketing and Sales Department promotions and activities is part of daily duties and responsibilities. This role will be the primary coordinator for all aspects of the ticketing system and interactions with the ticketing system provider, banks and resellers. Additionally, to lead and manage the recruitment, training and daily operation of ticketing and guest services. Onboarding of staff: to interview and select suitable candidates. Training: to train staff to operate the rides in a safe and appropriate manner. Customer Service : train staff relating to customer service best practice and complaint management. Enforcement of rules and regulation within the department.
General Competency:
Previous experience as a manager in similar attraction.
Practical firsthand experience of training staff to operate ticketing systems and overseeing daily operations.
Safety and Compliance:
Strict compliance with cash handling policies and SOPS.
Strict compliance with all site safety requirements and industry best practices.
Strict compliance to company HS&E procedures.
