Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervises the onboarding of drivers and ensure proper trainer for them to perform their duty
- Manages Logistic department assets, distribution and control
- Supports in the scheduling and assignment of drivers inline with demand planning forecast
- Assists in establishing policies and procedures for the logistics and delivery operations maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring their implementation
- Implements the highest standards of Quality Assurance within the delivery operations
- Runs the operation of delivery, ensuring all procedures are duly respected
- Oversees the “order to delivery” by ensuring that the goods are delivered to the customers in timely manner and per procedure
- Sets an accurate reporting of activity based on KPIs to monitor the performance, results, and progress versus objectives
- Supervises and trains subordinates in alignment with the objectives
- Ensures that drivers and assets are in compliance with country rules and regulations
- Delegates tasks effectively to subordinates, ensures the needed skills exist to maintain efficiency
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in experience or any related field
Qualifications Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience (Last mile delivery experience is a must)
