Job Summary

Enhancing the company engagement by acting as the public face of the company. Directly meet and assists company clients on site and through social media channels to ensure their satisfaction. Responsible for planning and implementing social media strategy that ensures the achievement of the company goals and management vision. Generally optimizing our brand image increasing brand awareness and client education, that would directly impact the increase of sales and growth of the company.


Duties and responsibilities.

• Manage social Media platforms and increasing brand awareness.

• Work at the reception area, handling receptionist duties and responsibilities.

• Meet and greet clients at the hospital/clinic and provide the needed assistance.

• Educate Pet owners about the needed care and products for their pets.

• Educate yourself regularly with the latest Veterinary healthcare trends, products or services in cooperation with our medical team to ensure providing reliable information to our clients.

• Assisting / Advising clients with our services and products through up-selling and cross selling.

• Advise Clients with our latest products or services as part of the advertisement campaigns.

• Act as the public face of the company ensuring that you present yourself & the company with the highest levels of professionalism.

• Answer client’s questions or concerns and sort out their complains.

• Being attentive to client and pet needs. • Identify and work compassionately with clients in various emotional states.

• Work patiently with distressed, frustrated or disgruntled clients.

• Work on the software system used at the hospital/clinic for required data entry.

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification.

• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) on a

daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand.

• Interact with Audience through answering their questions and comments. Live interaction through videos and livestreams.

• Collaborate with management to develop social media campaigns.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.

• Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

• Maintain proper reporting system for our social media platforms performance.

• Maintain any other necessary reports as per the management request.


General

- Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff and clients.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our Clinics policies and procedures.

- Maintain working knowledge of computer software utilized in hospital.

- Perform other similar duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Staff expected to be punctual, professional in appearance (adhering to the dress/grooming code of our Veterinary Clinic, maintain an organized work area, and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as described above.
