- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Develop design concepts to present to clients.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including furniture layout, lighting, color schemes and material selections.
- Strong in FFE development to source and specify furniture, fixtures, accessories, and finishes.
- Coordinate with Architects, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and industry developments.
- Self motivated and ability to multitask in fast paced, dynamic and creative environment.
- Ability to collaboratively in a team environment/ attention to detail and strong organization skills/ creativity and a passion for design.
Positions Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design
- Min 5 years’ experience in Interior Designing with a portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Microsoft, word, excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Sketch up, VRAY, Adobe creative suite)
- Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for a aesthetics.
