SAP SUCCESSFACTORS IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST – QATAR

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist . This is a 2 years residential contract to be based in Qatar . This will be contracting role and the client would like to consider candidates based in this region due to COVID 19 regulations & constraints. Please see details below.

Job Purpose

  • Supervise the business requirement gathering and analysis activities to ensure clear specifications are driving the implementation.
  • Ensure the design and implementation activities follow best practices and answer requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance & quality control of all deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Plan and support the test and deployment of the new solution, including cut-over and change management activities
  • Collaborates and communicates with all stakeholders on key activities to drive progress.
  • Work in the SuccessFactors project team, along with the project manager and HR /DBS SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
  • Although there are no subordinates, the incumbents will be working closely with the selected third-party which will implement SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Take an active part in the project activities to align stakeholders and drive success.
  • Document and transfer knowledge of the implementation to SMEs
  • Strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Qualification And/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience working on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Ability to syndicate stakeholders around digital issues
  • Broad understanding of HR processes, related concepts, and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.
  • Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner
  • Experience in HR process optimization and change management is a plus.
  • Technical understanding and ability to understand how systems and technology can help solve business problems
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
