Role & Responsibilities:
- Manages the overall fleet of the Delivery company from onboarding to performance management
- Manages and coordinates with 3PL contractors for a streamlined process of new riders onboarding and management
- Implements Processes and procedure for recruitment, training and smooth order transition from store to driver and driver to customer
- Oversee the Riders Care function, ensuring adequate support to drivers to perform their duty
- Oversee the last-mile delivery process, ensuring that drivers are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and information to complete deliveries successfully
- Handles the assignment and scheduling of all drivers
- Cultivates strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
- Monitors any sudden route changes or road construction issues and works with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries
- Acts as the main point of contact for the drivers for all matters
- Submits accurate reports and data on daily basis on department performance
- Trains, supervises, and monitors all driver’s performance to meet Ninja standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in experience or any related field
Qualifications Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience (Experience in the last miles delivery is a must)
