Job Description:
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the sales leads.
- Build contacts with new clients through Telephone and email and seek the primary appointment.
- Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them.
- Keep prospective client database updated as per company CRM.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Research online platforms to identify new leads and the potential of the market.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
- Developing sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Frequently meeting clients to submit and receive business transactions.
- Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related field) with 6+ years of experience.
- Experience in outsourcing and staffing services inside Qatar.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, and Internet search.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- CRM experience is preferred.
