Job Description:

• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the sales leads. 
• Build contacts with new clients through Telephone and email and seek the primary appointment. 
• Coordinate with Clients to identify future Recruitment/Placement opportunities. 
• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them. 
• Keep prospective client database updated as per company CRM. 
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. 
• Research online platforms to identify new leads and the potential of the market. 
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. 
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person. 
• Developing sales targets for the team and ensuring they are met. 
• Frequently meeting clients to submit and receive business transactions.
• Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills. 

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related field) with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience in outsourcing and staffing services inside Qatar.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Customer Relationship Management, and Internet search.
• Must possess strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• CRM experience is preferred.
