Job Responsibilities 1

• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing the movement of Invest stock and the local and Gulf markets to the company's executive management.
• Monitor all social media platforms and daily local newspapers, and prepare a daily report on key news related to the Qatari market, as well as global and Gulf markets, or news that impacts market performance.
• Prepare, translate, and handle all disclosures sent to regulatory bodies, track their approvals, and ensure they are published and announced.
• Announce news on the Qatar Stock Exchange platform and send disclosures via the Investor Relations email.
• Update the company’s basic data lists periodically, semi-annually, and annually according to mandatory regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the Central Depository Platform to ensure the presence of board members' shares and update all data related to the board of directors, executive management, and insiders.
• Receive monthly shareholder lists from the Central Depository (Edaa), match them with the shares held by board members and major shareholders, and prepare monthly analysis for major shareholders and track changes in their shares.
• Monitor, update, and maintain the Investor Relations section in the company's website, and liaise with media to update all information related to the company and ensure it matches disclosed information.
• Prepare attendance proxies and attendance percentages for both ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies, review and translate the agenda before it is announced.
• Review the shareholders' report published on the Invest website after the financial data is announced and before the investor teleconference.
• Attend all mandatory Qatar Stock Exchange training courses that outline new standards, updates on disclosure, transparency, and mandatory new regulations.
• File and organize all official documents related to regulatory bodies and investors according to Qatar’s requirements.
• Attend all teleconferences related to public companies.
• Represent the company in any summons or investigations regarding compliance with regulatory laws before the Central Depository, the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, and the Qatar Stock Exchange.
• Monitor news from all departments within Invest, as it may contain material information that could impact the price of Estithmar stock.
• announcement of news and financial data on the Qatar Stock Exchange platform and ensure they are published on schedule.
• Coordinating shareholder meetings and press conferences, releasing financial data, leading financial analyst briefings, publishing reports to the concerned authorities
• Updating QSE & QCSD’s portals with disclosures and substantial information
• Organize the Investors’ press/call conferences
• Publish the quarterly shareholder’s report, and help with preparation of the annual report
• Preparing correspondence and other documents requested for Regularity Authorities
• Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system
