Position 1: BTEC Business Programme Lecturer

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Essential: A Master's or doctoral degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field. Experience with BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business or related vocational qualifications.
• Desirable: Professional certifications relevant to business or management. Specialised knowledge in vocational education and training, with an emphasis on practical skills and employability.

Experience and Training:

• Essential: Proven experience in teaching vocational business programmes at the post-secondary level, with a strong focus on student-centred learning and outcomes.
• Desirable: Professional experience in the business sector, particularly in roles that align with vocational education areas.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills, particularly Arabic, would be advantageous.

Job-Related Achievements:

• Essential: Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver curriculum for vocational business programmes, including BTEC HND or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience in developing partnerships with industry to enhance vocational training programmes and student employability.

Position 2: Bilingual (Arabic/English) in BTEC Business Programme Lecturer 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Essential: A Master's or doctoral degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field, with fluency in both English and Arabic. Experience with BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business or related vocational qualifications is essential.
• Desirable: Professional qualifications relevant to business or management. Specialised knowledge in areas of business that benefit from bilingual instruction.

Experience and Training:

• Essential: Demonstrated experience in teaching vocational business programmes at the post-secondary level in both English and Arabic, focusing on practical skills development and employability. Fluency in English is required.
• Desirable: Professional experience in bilingual business environments, contributing to an understanding of cross-cultural business practices.

Job-Related Achievements:

• Essential: Proven ability to develop and deliver bilingual curriculum for vocational business programmes, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for a diverse student body.
• Desirable: Experience in leveraging bilingual skills to establish industry partnerships and enhance student work placement opportunities.
