The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. He will be working with the department manager on the implementation and execution of company's digital payment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations, implementation and launch of payment solutions.
- Actively propose with innovative or cost-conscious solutions to add in the organization’s current portfolio of payment solutions.
- Work in close cooperation with Operations and Software Development Teams and other relevant internal stakeholders to align on current and new solutions.
- Ensure that users have the best customer experience while using digital payment features.
- Carry out market research to present the best practices in the world of online and digital money transactions and payments, to gather concrete customer insights and requirements, and to provide global benchmark.
- Develop a streamlined process for subsequent roll outs of digital payment features across the country.
- Ensure compliance of digital payment features with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computing Science / Information Technology, or similar credential.
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience working in a company that offers digital payment solutions.
- At least 5 years’ experience in system architectural design and software development of which a minimum of 5 years at the project management level, with solid knowledge in people management and system infrastructure design including hardware, software, network design, security and implementation experience.
- Strong experience in managing all business operations related to providing digital payment solutions.
- Banking and vendor management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile payment such as QRcode, credit card, and system development methodology is preferred.
- Competent in developing systems & integrations in Windows & Linux environment using C, C++, IOS, Android & java.
- Strong presentation skills, able to present technical issues in layman terms.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong leadership skills.
- Prior experience in FINTech and Payment Industry is preferred
