About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group HR Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR technology systems from both a technical and functional perspective across our operations in Qatar, India, Dubai, and Kuwait. This role is critical in driving our HR digital transformation strategy, managing HR analytics and reporting, and ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our HR technologies. The role will cover our headquarter in Doha and our branches in India, Kuwait, and Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of HR systems, including but not limited to Oracle HRMS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all HR functions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Oversee system configuration, data integrity, and user access.
- Provide technical and functional support for HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of HR systems by end-users.
- Monitor system performance and generate regular reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Qatar, India, Dubai, and Kuwait.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR systems management, with a focus on technical and functional roles.
- Proven experience in HR digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in Oracle HRMS upgrade and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in managing HR analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with HR practices and regulations in the GCC region.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in HR or IT systems (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience with other HR technologies and platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
