Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate leads for corporate clients.
- Attract clients to the Financial and Consulting Advisory Company.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide personalized financial advice and consulting services.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of clients' businesses.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
Investment Advisory:
- Offer strategic investment advice to corporate clients.
- Consider financial goals, risk tolerance, and market trends.
Risk Management:
- Assess clients' financial risks.
- Develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and enhance profitability.
Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive financial plans.
- Align plans with corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
- Inform clients of financial decisions based on market insights.
Cross-selling Services:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services.
- Offer insurance, asset management, and mergers/acquisitions options.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all financial advisory activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Adhere to industry standards.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clients' investments.
- Provide periodic reports and updates to clients.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams (analysts, researchers, consultants) to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Advanced certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.
- Proven at least two years of experience as a Financial Advisor, ideally in corporate Banking.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, risk management strategies, and financial planning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis.
- Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
