Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an enticing shopping environment by maintaining sales areas to company standards.
- Engage customers by monitoring cashiers for effective policy adherence and promotion communication.
- Enhance the shopping experience by requesting needed items for the shop.
- Keep our stores in top shape by addressing any maintenance issues.
- Maintain staff grooming standards to uphold our company's image.
- Conduct thorough investigations and report misconduct and conflicts to relevant managers.
- Enforce company policies to guarantee consistent shop operations.
- Inspect stockroom for timely replenishment and inventory maintenance.
- Conduct surprise audits of petty cash and counters to maintain accuracy.
- Relay price changes to shops, ensuring accurate pricing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
