We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the investment banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering impactful presentations that communicate complex financial information to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to translate data into visually engaging and persuasive presentations.

The Presentation Specialist will develop, improve, and produce marketing materials (e.g., pitch books, fund reports, fund overviews) that communicate our strategies, capabilities, performance, and insights. This person will be responsible for leading and handling all aspects of the workflow and delivering the final product. This entails updating materials, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and communicating frequently to ensure that we deliver a quality final product in a timely manner. This role provides the opportunity to improve the capabilities of the product marketing team as we support the Investment team's growth and evolution of our business and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Collaborate with investment bankers, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand key financial data and messages.
• Develop clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex financial information.

Presentation Design:

• Utilize advanced PowerPoint and other design tools to create visually appealing presentations.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all presentation materials.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, insights, and messages to be communicated in presentations.
• Work closely with analysts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of financial information.

Storyboarding and Structure:

• Develop storyboards and presentation structures to convey a logical flow of information.
• Organize content in a manner that enhances understanding and engagement.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Collaborate with =stakeholders to understand their preferences and requirements for presentations.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to tailor presentations to their specific needs.

Adherence to Compliance and Regulatory Standards:

• Ensure that all presentation materials adhere to relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in regulations affecting presentations.

• Manage data updates within presentations and reports in a timely and consistent fashion with attention to detail by partnering with investment teams, client service teams, performance, and compliance.
• Manage the workflow associated with receiving and prioritizing tasks. This includes coordinating with internal parties to receive information and feedback, reviewing outputs for accuracy and completeness, and facilitating compliance approvals.
• Build partnerships with internal teams to negotiate timely receipt of inputs. This may include working with a separate internal team responsible for advanced design and graphics.
• Manage expectations of key stakeholders through frequent and timely communication regarding the status of deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the investment banking sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends
• Proficient in Adobe Suite.
• Strong English skills a must, Arabic a plus
