Roles And Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for technical goods or services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and technologies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement or changes.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for technical purchasing decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Having similar role at-least 4-5years in Qatar, and knowledge in Qatar Market to procure items for Housekeeping, F&B items, specially in Engineering Maintenance Items in operations,(households- building and office equipment), Office supplies and materials.
- Has Certification and training in Supply Chain Management is a plus
- With valid driving license in Qatar is a must.
