Responsibilities

*Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing systems, and other related technologies.

*Set up and dismantle audiovisual equipment for various events, ensuring proper functionality and optimal performance.

*Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

*Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand their specific requirements and provide technical support during events.

*Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in audiovisual technology.

*Provide training and guidance to users on the operation of audiovisual equipment, ensuring they have a clear understanding of its features and capabilities.

Qualifications

*Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role, preferably in a corporate or event environment.

*Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, lighting systems, and video conferencing systems.

*Proficient in operating and troubleshooting audiovisual software and hardware.

*Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions in high-pressure situations.

*Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
