Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Foreman. As an Electrical Foreman, the chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. The role requires supervising and managing subcontractors, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring project completion within time and budget constraints. Candidate should be willing to relocate to KSA branches.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and setting up of ELV equipment (such as lighting control systems including BMS, DMX, dimming, and automation) as per requirement.
- Experience working in residential and commercial environments.
- Must have the technical knowledge to install and service electrical systems (such as cable trays, cable pulling, and other electrical installations).
- A positive and result-oriented - can-do- attitude.
- Experience in safe working practices, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
- Able to Interpret designs/schematics/diagrams/layouts.
- Understand and implement a sequence of operations through different ELV systems.
- Detailed Knowledge of Building Automation, Lighting Systems, and Control Panel Designs.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects
- Scheduling, giving technical support to the team, and coordinating with other parties involved on the site.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to the concerned Department.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Contracting, and Electrical Wiring
- Proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and consistently ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Experience in leading teams and managing interpersonal relationships effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Experience in the construction industry or similar field preferred
- Excellent communication and written skills in English language
- A commitment to safety and an ability to think critically and creatively
