The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential Designers through phone calls, meeting them. Styling the customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be goal-oriented, and possess a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on fashion trends, styles, and materials.
- Taking Measurement and Styling.
- Managing the line sheets and measurements.
- Onboarding the Designers.
- Select fabrics, embellishments, and colors for each design by visiting the market .
- Collaborate with other designers, tailors, and production teams to ensure the quality and timely completion of designs.
- Attend fashion shows and exhibitions to showcase their designs and network with industry professionals.
- Oversee the production of designs, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Create technical specifications, styling and instruction manuals for production teams
