Role Purpose:
As the Retail Operations Manager at BFL Group, you will be the driving force behind the operational success of our retail stores, ensuring seamless daily operations, optimal customer experiences, and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to maintain and improve sales areas to meet and exceed company standards.
- Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and effective policy adherence.
- Strategically manage inventory, allocation, and procurement to meet customer demand and sales targets.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of stores, promptly addressing any maintenance issues.
- Uphold and ensure staff grooming standards and the company's image in all aspects of operations.
- Manage and resolve complex misconduct and conflicts, reporting findings to executive management.
- Implement and enforce company policies consistently and drive operational excellence across all shops.
- Oversee inventory management, conducting thorough audits of petty cash and counters to maintain financial accuracy.
- Lead the management of price changes and communicate with shops to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior retail management roles, including overseeing multiple locations.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
