Responsibilities:

As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for:

  1. Market Engagement: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Qatari market, identifying trends and opportunities for growth within the hospitality, facility management, restaurants, and retail sectors.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  3. Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies tailored to the market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Product Knowledge: Master a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential clients.
  5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our offerings meet their specific needs.
  6. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached.
  7. Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.


Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. Experience: A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Qatari market. Experience within the hospitality, facility management, restaurants, and retail sectors is a significant advantage.
  2. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Qatari market, including key players, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be advantageous. The ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively is crucial.
  4. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  5. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets, even in a part-time capacity.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
