- Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Sales Strategies: Devise effective sales strategies tailored to the market to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Master a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our offerings meet their specific needs.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement is reached.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience: A proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Qatari market. Experience within the hospitality, facility management, restaurants, and retail sectors is a significant advantage.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Qatari market, including key players, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be advantageous. The ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively is crucial.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets, even in a part-time capacity.
