Sales Executive

 Responsibilities

  1. Acquire a thorough knowledge of marble, granite, ceramic, and roof tile products to explain each product specialty to each customer.
  2. Acquire a better understanding of Qatar's market for marble, granite, ceramic, roof tile, and other products of Dehleez and identify potential business opportunities and assist in organization business growth.
  3. Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and motivation to hook the customer.
  4. Responsibility for identifying new clients and project and product requirements.
  5. Register all customer inquiries and follow up with customers on behalf of the organization.
  6. Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between the product ordered and customer desires and needs.
  7. Preparing a list of stock material requests and special orders.
  8. Preparing Quotations, designs, and ideas for clients.
  9. Establish and follow the organization’s customer handling policies and procedures.
  10. Responsible for price and terms and conditions finalization along with Sales and Marketing Director.
  11. Coordinate with Project Supervisors (Foreman) for precise measurement and estimation of projects.
  12. Collection of documented and signed drawings, specifications, and contracts from customers.
  13. Coordinate with purchase and store in charge of appropriate procurement as per product and project specifications.
  14. Coordinate with a factory in charge of the project execution and monitor all projects are being executed as per contract and project requirements.
  15. Deal with clients for any further requirements-related projects and keep them updated regarding project progress.
  16. Keep the management updated regarding project progress and payment status.
  17. Coordinate with accounts and finance department for the raising of invoices and payment collection on time.
  18. Address all customer complaints in coordination with the production and project team and identify the root cause of the issue and take corrective action and maintain records.
  19. Collect customer feedback and analysis it for further management system improvements and maintain appropriate records of customer feedback.
  20. Attend regular sales meetings and implement management decisions without delay.
  21. Coordinate with the project team until the successful completion of all projects.
  22. Follow up on projects until the guarantee period and take corrective actions as per the contractual requirements.
  23. Identify and implement action plans to achieve Sales and Marketing overall Objectives and Targets, especially monthly sales targets.
  24. Follow the organization’s general management systems including other policies and procedures as approved by the management.


Qualifications

  • 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
