Job Objective
To execute activities related to employee relations in order to ensure systematic application of personnel policies and procedures and day to day support in all employee relations matters, in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees.
Key Accountabilities
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures, Employee Services & Grievances, Disciplinary Actions , Employee Records & Documentation & Employee Engagement.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
2-3 years of experience in employee relations
