Job Summary
Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers to prepare all leasing documents. Responsible for setting up and inputting information into OPERA to set up reservation with designated residence. Assist in compiling leasing documents for each reservation and for submission to Director of Revenue and Director of Sales & Marketing for their respective approval. Remind Sales Managers to follow up on renewal. Provide viewing service to potential customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Handle room reservation into OPERA and room allocation.
•Assist in preparation of leasing documents.
•Assist in compiling leasing documents.
•Assist in preparing renewal leasing documents.
•Assist in preparing commission payment.
•Assist in preparing deposit refund.
•Assist in providing viewing service to potential customers.

• Take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
• Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

•The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory.

•Ensure that any accidents to associates, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures.
•Attend Statutory Fire, Health & Safety training and be fully conversant with and abide by all rules concerning Fire, Health & Safety.
