Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the COO in the service sector. The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance, executive administrative support, and clerical skills to ensure efficient operations. Communication and administrative assistance tasks will be integral to supporting the COO in day-to-day activities.

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in providing administrative support
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
