Requirements And Skills

Minimum 5 Years Experience with 3 Years Experience in Qatar.
Valid Qatari Driving Licence
BSc/BA /MBA in Business Administration, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development within the Oil & Gas and Marine, industries.
Strong network of contacts and clients in the relevant sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors.
Create New leads for the newly introduced product and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform business strategies and identify areas for expansion.
Prepare business development and marketing materials to the prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, and engineering, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or achieve the set revenue targets.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt business strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and achievements. Monthly and Quarterly basis.
Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis in Marine and Oil& Gas industries.
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
