Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Modeling Analyst with a strong background in banking or consulting. This role will be focused on various risk management areas, including risk reporting, IFRS9, Basel regulations, and stress testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5-7 years in risk management, along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance and effective risk assessment.
Educational qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Statistics, or Mathematics; MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of risk management experience in credit risk modeling.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Risk Reporting (Regulatory and Management) IFRS9, Basel, RAROC, ICAAP, Stress Testing etc
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, R, or MATLAB.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk reporting frameworks for regulatory and management purposes.
- Conduct assessments and reporting related to IFRS9, Basel regulations, RAROC, and ICAAP.
- Lead and support stress testing initiatives and analyze results to inform risk strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management processes and reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory bodies.
