  • Participate in the development and updating of policies and procedures that govern talent acquisition processes within the company.
  • Implement recruitment processes and procedures in coordination with relevant organizational units, including preparing workforce planning and budgeting, receiving and evaluating job applications, selecting the most suitable candidate for the position, conducting interviews, managing candidate data, and providing recommendations to relevant unit managers.
  • Assist in developing recruitment procedures and programs, including identifying suitable and effective recruitment channels, updating the recruitment database, and determining job vacancy advertisement formats.
  • Receive job applications and review them, ensuring all required documents are complete and that all data related to applicant requests is entered accurately.
  • Maintain all submitted job applications, ensuring they are readily available when needed, and follow up on coordinating, organizing, and conducting tests and interviews related to the vacant position in coordination with relevant parties.
  • Prepare and conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates for recruitment.
  • Organize and coordinate the interview process for candidates with sector heads and department managers.
  • Inform job applicants about the status of their applications, including test dates, interview schedules, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the HR Operations department to open a file for the new employee, including all documents, data, certificates, and related forms.
  • Conduct background checks on candidates, present and discuss job offers, sign contracts, and complete all hiring requirements.
  • Maintain an updated database of job candidates.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive personal employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal audit recommendations and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in the workplace.
  • Assist in preparing reports (achievements, budget, administrative and financial affairs, assigned tasks, etc.) and submit them to the direct manager for approval.
  • Provide support to less experienced colleagues and supervise them when requested.
  • Provide periodic reports to the direct manager or as needed.
