What You'll Do
As a Talent Management Specialist you will be the first point of contact for all Staffing, Career Development, Flexibility and general HR topics for Consultants across BCGs offices in the Middle East. In that capacity, you will be responsible for the career development of these cohorts as well as for staffing and will support our consultants along their central career processes in a role similar to that of an HR Business Partner.
As part of Staffing, you will ensure that our Consultants are optimally placed on projects, selecting consultants to best meet client needs and align with the personal career perspective of the consultant.
As a member of the core team of the Career Development Committee, you will be responsible for supporting in all career development processes, including preparing and following up on career development meetings, preparing the bonus process, as well as the promotion processes of the colleagues you support. In doing so, you will work closely with the respective Career Advisors of the committee.
As a Talent Management Specialist, you will act as the central contact for HR inquiries and will connect those needing further consultation with the right person in our wider people team. This is a key interfacing function as a navigator within the HR universe at BCG. You’ll communicate these decisions independently in a calm and empathic manner and with diplomatic skill.

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
- Relevant bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm
- Strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English
- Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability of using data based systems and report running
- Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
- Organizational skills
- Resourcefulness and high attention to detail
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
- Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work in the Talent Team which includes 11 team members. You will regularly interact with BCGs leadership team, the finance team as well as the wider HR team
