Senior Analyst - Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior professionals on diverse advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and corporate restructuring, actively participating at every stage from initial planning to final execution.
• Support the creation and refinement of key client-facing materials, such as presentations, proposals, and transaction-related documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Contribute to the seamless execution of deals by coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and clients, while managing deadlines and delivering on client requests.
• Perform advanced financial modeling and valuation for companies across various industries, applying a variety of methodologies to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct specialized analyses on financial strategies, including evaluating leverage and capital structures.
• Engage in comprehensive research on industries and companies to support ongoing transactions and potential opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, or within the advisory or deals teams of a leading professional services firm.
• Strong academic record with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, with strong quantitative skills.
• Superior communication skills in English, both written and oral; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
