Hytribe has established its presence in East Africa and is now ready to scale its vision to the Middle East with the launch of Hytribe-MEAST (Middle East), starting from Doha, Qatar. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join us as a Co-Founder and Co-CEO (Chief Head of Hytribe-MEAST) to spearhead our operations in the region and bring our vision to life.

Job Role: Co-Founder & Co-CEO (Chief Head of Hytribe-MEAST)

As the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Hytribe-MEAST, you will work alongside the global founder to lead Hytribe's growth and operations in the Middle East region. You will be responsible for overseeing local market insights, team management, and ensuring the successful execution of the Hytribe vision in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Local Market Strategy & Insights: Develop and implement strategies for growth in the Middle East region, adapting the Hytribe platform to fit local mental health needs and cultural nuances.
• Daily Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of all activities and initiatives across the region.
• Team Building & Management: Lead recruitment efforts, build a strong regional team, and ensure effective team management across all functions.
• Product Development & Adaptation: Oversee product localization efforts and work closely with the global product team to ensure the platform meets the needs of users in the Middle East.
• Regional Growth & Expansion: Drive regional growth, identifying opportunities for expansion into new Middle Eastern markets.
• Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with local mental health organizations, NGOs, and influencers to scale our presence.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Collaborate with the global founder to secure local funding and investments for Hytribe-MEAST.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and experience managing a high-growth startup. The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role (ideally as a founder or executive within a startup or high-growth company).
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, especially in mental health or wellness-related industries.
• Experience managing a team and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong network and relationships in the Middle East startup ecosystem, including investors, incubators, and mental health organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for social impact and mental wellness.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
