We are expanding our operations in Qatar and looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team in Doha.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Operations Assistant to support our Head of Sales in day-to-day operations selling to schools; while driving sales to KGs and Nurseries during spare time. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Sales with order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer field visits.
• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct customer field visits to maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in KGs and Nurseries during spare time.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and operational tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to the Doha office.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, operations, or customer service (experience in the education or publishing sector is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with the local market in Doha, especially in the education sector, is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
