Role Purpose
The Senior Human Resources Services Officer at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for providing HR expertise and leading initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services. He/she contributes to strategic HR projects, and ensures that HR services meet the organization’s evolving needs while maintaining high standards of compliance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
- Serve as a trusted resource for addressing intricate employee relations issues and policy interpretations.
- Contribute to the review, enhancement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current, effective, and aligned with best practices. Work closely with HR leadership to roll out new policies and provide training and resources to ensure successful adoption across the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key roles, ensuring that hiring practices are efficient, fair, and aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. Conduct interviews for senior or specialized positions, ensuring a rigorous selection process that attracts high-caliber candidates.
- Provide support to line managers to ensure effective performance evaluations and the development of employee growth plans.
- dentify training needs and work with the Talent Management and Development teams to design and implement programs that build skills and competencies across the organization. Ensure that training initiatives align with both employee career development and organizational objectives.
- Actively promote an open-door policy and facilitate clear, effective communication between employees and management. Handle complex employee relations issues, providing mediation and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
- Gather, analyze, and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.
- Ensure HR activities comply with local labor laws and organizational policies. Identify potential HR risks and work proactively to mitigate them, maintaining a compliant and ethical HR environment.
Qualifications - External
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4-6 Years of Experience in Human Resources.
