About The Role

Oversee the IT infrastructure and support services across multiple critical operational sites, including but not limited to locations such as restaurants, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. This role is crucial in ensuring that all live operations run smoothly, with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT systems, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in environments with live operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network systems, POS systems, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT security standards.
  • On-site role with occasional travel to various operational locations.
  • Requires availability during off-hours to address critical incidents and emergencies.
  • May require occasional after-hours work to ensure minimal disruption to live operations during upgrades or maintenance.

Responsibilities

Hands-On IT Operations:

Independently manage and oversee the IT infrastructure across multiple operational environments, such as restaurants, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. Ensure that all systems, including network infrastructure, POS systems, and software applications, operate smoothly and efficiently to support live operations.

Proactive Incident Response & Troubleshooting

Serve as the first line of defense in identifying, responding to, and resolving IT issues in live environments. Swiftly address and troubleshoot disruptions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations. Escalate complex issues as necessary while ensuring a swift resolution.

System Deployment & Maintenance

Take charge of the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of IT systems in operational environments. Ensure that all technology is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance, meeting the specific needs of each location.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously assess the efficiency and reliability of IT processes in live environments. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance system performance and operational efficiency. Document all procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Project Management

Lead small-scale IT projects focused on enhancing or upgrading technology in live operational environments. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption to operations.

Compliance & Security Management

Ensure that all IT operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and security standards. Implement necessary security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain the integrity of IT systems across all operational environments. Regularly audit systems to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, aligning with the Security Team's protocols.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Serve as the primary IT contact for all operational environments, working closely with site managers and other stakeholders to address their technology needs.
