We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Coordination: Support key projects and initiatives, including managing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) processes.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and support, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Post-Event Processes: Carry out post-event activities, including processing reports, certificate dispatch and collecting feedback.
- Interactive Conferences: Create and execute interactive virtual conferences.
- Graphic Design (Preferred): Knowledge of graphic design is welcome and will be considered a valuable asset.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a project support/management role, preferably within the event management industry.
- A knack for technical tasks and the ability to quickly pick up and excel in technical areas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and software is a plus.
- Familiarity with 3D Vista or similar platforms is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
