Scope and Objectives
The position is responsible for the preparation of food, by strictly following standards as set by the hotel and regulated by local authorities. Ensuring all hygiene & cost control systems are followed.
Skills
- Having a knowledge of preparing pastry items such as cakes, muffins etc.
- Knowing standard food preparation and food handling techniques
- Having a knowlegde on using kitchen equipments which are used on a daily basis
- Felixible on every task inside the preparation area
- Knowledge of food hygiene is a must
- English language is a must
- With valid QID and food handling certificate
- Can join immediately with NOC or transferrable visa
- Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply
- Minimum 1 year experience as a pastry commis/ cook
- Salary Ranges from QAR 1600-QAR 2000
