As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of Information Technology projects, particularly those focused on cloud solutions and software development. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Information Technology projects, with a strong emphasis on cloud projects and software development.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
3. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
6. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals.
7. Ensure adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices in project management.
8. Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
9. Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
2. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Information Technology projects.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT related projects on time and within budget.
5. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and cloud project management.
6. Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
