Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in project management,
• Fluent in Turkish is must,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Completed or deferred military service (if applicable),
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Jira,
• PMI certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the successful completion of projects from inception to delivery,
• Define and establish clear project objectives and goals,
• Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with the project team,
• Identify potential risks and create effective contingency plans to mitigate impact,
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines,
• Maintain transparent and effective communication with all project stakeholders,
• Ensure that project quality meets or exceeds the required standards,
• Lead, guide, and inspire the project team to achieve optimal performance,
• Experience on change management and conducting customer relations,
• Analyze data to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope,
• Adhere to and uphold departmental procedures and quality standards,
• Will be able to live in Qatar.
