- Create the company’s supply chain strategy (tires & batteries).
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- Follow up on suppliers' payments
- Evaluate and report on team' incentives & KPIs.
- Train and guide employees.
- Follow up the stock of the main stores to verify the incoming and outgoing in each brand and every product.
- Following up the workers, drivers, officers penalties & overtime.
- Responsible for pricing Autocare products according to AC pricing policy
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
- Preparing special reports to determine the monthly profits, losses and problems in each warehouse.
