Hiring “ Social Media Specialist- (Female Arabic Speaker)” for our reputed Shopping Mall in Qatar. Salary Offered: 7000 QAR – 8000 QAR per month (Salary will be based on your interview performance) Vertical: Shopping Mall Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below: 1. Should possess atleast 3+ year of experience in similar position as Social Media Specialist including GCC market exposure. 2. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID. 3. Must have strong Digital & Social media managing skills. 4. Bachelor's degree in related field. 5. Having the similar experience mentioned as per the Job description is very essential. Synopsis To provide assistance to the marketing team; look after every aspect of the marketing work and work collaboratively with other team members and suggest ways and methods that can help the company achieve targets and give maximum output in a stipulated period of time developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Job Description

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the mall’s target customer.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
  • Monitor social media platforms, trends, tools, and applications; recommend subsequent actions.
  • Monitor competitors and trends by analyzing competitor campaigns and industry best practices.
  • Lead strategy discussions with the line manager reading promotions, events, and activities.
  • Inside the mall aligning with the company culture and internal social media strategy.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (i.e. Facebook timeline cover, profile pic., thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, etc.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
  • Enhance digital presence and ensure it aligns and meets with the positive of the yearly marketing plan.
  • The emblement campaigns that demonstrate increased footfall and convert digital site traffic to the site.
  • Enhance tenants’ communication and involve them in our campaign.
  • Manage and monitor social media budget and spending.
  • Manage, monitor, and improve the portfolio of social networks, and paid/earned media to achieve set KPIs and maximize the efficiency of the marketing spend.
  • Manage digital media and social media at a central level and ensure execution of the Mall’s digital strategy across relevant partners/agencies.
  • Oversee, and critically assess digital media planning and implementation across target markets for the Mall, track responses, and refine campaigns to ensure KPI success.
  • Provide critical performance results and recommendations to internal and partner teams.
  • Work with the analytics resource to continuously analyze the website, digital asset usage, and traffic trends to drive media planning and future site/landing page iterations
  • Play an active role in supporting the marketing manager digital and innovation in developing a robust strategy for social networks not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
  • Develop, support the rollout, and monitor the execution of social media roadmaps, tactics, best practices, tool kits, guidelines, and guide the mall marketing team and relevant agencies in the implementation
  • Support in the development and execution of the digital strategy of the Mall Business Unit in support of key business goals
  • Negotiate with a digital media agency to ensure optimal digital and interactive media buys with a focus on performance goals and metrics
  • Print media purchases, PR communication and intelligent reports.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies/vendors, as well as build strong relationships with internal departments to execute, and manage projects end to end.
  • Support in the implementation and adoption of innovation projects at the central level.
