- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales target
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train, induct, and managing new sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conducting periodical performance evaluations based on technical and not technical criteria
- Collaborate with all the stakeholders including but not limited to (Department Heads, Other Sales Teams) to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
