- update company organization chart monthly
- Review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
- Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Assist in job analysis & job description project.
- Administrate schedule training and development courses.
- Administrate and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Responsible for ISO tasks for HR department.
- Preparing training letters for trainees, training commitment
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
EDUCATION:BSc. DegreeHolding HR Diploma is a must EXPERIENCE:3-5 years Experience SKILLS:Good Command of English language Stress ToleranceService Orientation
