As a Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, itineraries, and accommodations to prospective clients. Leveraging your knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and industry offerings, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel. Job Specifications:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Recommend travel destinations, itineraries, and accommodations based on clients' interests, budgets, and preferences.
  • Research and stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings.
  • Create and present customized travel packages and itineraries to clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
  • Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm bookings, provide travel documents, and offer additional assistance as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively promoting and selling travel products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members and suppliers to negotiate pricing, availability, and special promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry preferred.Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and activities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Proficiency in using sales and booking systems, as well as Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.NOTE: All candidates MUST be able to communicate fluently in English.
