Position Overview:

 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and messenger. They will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients and vendors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and messenger.
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and other relevant details.
  • Utilize CRM system to generate quotations when necessary and ensure accuracy of pricing and product information.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers in a timely manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to close deals and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Solicit feedback from customers who have made purchases through our website, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a similar industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for customer support and sales processes.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
