Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, and utilizing channels such as social media channels
- Create engaging and attractive videos to captivate and maintain high levels of customer engagement
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop value-driven reports
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
