Job summary:

As a Presales Team lead, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, conducting market analysis, and presenting software solutions that address their needs. You will work closely with the tech and development team to drive revenue growth by effectively showcasing the value proposition of our software products.

Key responsibilities:

Ø Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions.

Ø Tailor presentations to highlight features and functionalities that address specific customer pain points and use cases.

Ø Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of GIS, BIM, TIFM software products, including their technical architecture, capabilities, and integration options.

Ø Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers to help them maximize the value of our solutions.

Ø Solution Design: Work closely with product development/engineering teams to design customized software solutions that meet customer requirements.

Ø Develop solution proposals and recommendations based on customer needs and objectives.

Ø Proof of Concepts (POCs): Lead the development and execution of proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of software solutions.

Ø Collaborate with customers to define POC objectives, success criteria, and timelines.

Ø Proposal Development: receive the input from sales team, create a technical proposal ensued by an initial financial estimation, (add RFP response, Build RFP)

Ø Provide technical input and insights to ensure that proposals align with customer requirements and showcase the value of our solutions.

Ø Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

Ø Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation points of our software products.

Ø Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and industry developments.

Ø Share knowledge and best practices with the sales team to enhance their understanding of our software solutions and positioning.

Ø Superintend subordinates and make sure the database is up-to-date.

Requirements: Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Ø Have a solid 7-10 years of experience preferably in software industry.Ø Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software architecture, databases, and cloud computing, and strategic solutions.Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ø Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches.Ø Proven experience in deal closure.Ø Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ø Industry certifications such as Certified Technical Sales Professional (CTSP) or similar.Ø Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ø Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
