The position involves managing digital marketing and content, online order tracking, and digital affairs management, such as improving search engine optimization and data analysis. The employee should possess digital marketing and communication skills, along with the ability to work within a team, adhere to schedules, and maintain organization.

Manage the digital accounts of the company, including creating and publishing digital content, updating digital platforms and pages, and engaging with followers to increase interaction and engagement.

  • Update and manage the company's website, including adding and updating content, improving user experience, and ensuring regular updates of important details and information.
  • Manage and execute online sales processes, from customer online orders to delivery and receipt of products locally and internationally and ensure the completion of the purchase process.
  • Conduct market research to understand market needs, analyze emerging trends, and evaluate competitors' strategies to ensure the company's success in its goals.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various digital channels such as search engines and social networks, monitor results, and improve them.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage social media accounts, create and publish suitable content, engage with followers, and build relationships with the audience.
  • Collect data related to the performance of marketing campaigns and product sales, analyze it, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
  • Improve search engine optimization (SEO) for the company's website and create strategies to enhance the company's ranking in search results.
  • Organize and execute various marketing events such as exhibitions, conferences, and workshops to promote the brand, expand the customer base, and increase sales.
  • Cross check the virtual data with the on ground information.
  • Coordinate with the local store and book storage team for accounts and management requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Experience in digital marketing: The employee must have extensive experience and knowledge of marketing strategies and digital tools, including managing digital advertising campaigns, social media accounts, and data analysis. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and etc)Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a support role.Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.Knowledge of industry trends and the target market.Personal Skills:Attention to detail and accuracy.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Adaptability to evolving marketing and sales technologies and trends.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
