Head of Branding and Communication

3Sixty, a leading digital dental solutions provider, is looking for a Head of Branding and Communication to join the team.

Position Purpose: 

The head of Branding and Communications is responsible for developing and managing the company's overall brand strategy, messaging, and communication across all channels. This role oversees the pricing strategy, social media presence, graphic design, video production, and internal communications to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity.

Key Responsibility

  • Develop and implement the company's brand strategy, including defining the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.
  • Analyzing market trends to position products competitively.
  • Developing product marketing plans encompassing pricing, advertising, and launch strategies.
  • Leading the creation of compelling marketing materials like ad campaigns, sales collateral, collaborations, and promotions to ensure an effective  360 plan is placed for each product line.
  • Educate other departments on product messaging and ensure standardized communication across all departments.
  • Oversee product launch campaigns/promotions and manage their execution with the teams.
  • Tracking marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and analyzing results to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the commercial strategies to support the sales, including analysis of products and services and setting targets to ensure adequate revenues selling for the sales team
  • Manage and oversee the pricing strategy for the company's products and services, ensuring adequate gross margins and costing implementations. (conducting mystery shoppers and competitive research)
  • Oversee the social media presence, including content planning, community engagement, paid advertising, and collaborations with influencers/ambassadors/
  • Lead the branding strategies and concepts and on-brand assets for marketing, sales, and internal communication.
  • Manage and oversee the internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and efficient information sharing across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify brand differentiation and improvement opportunities.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives 

and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Manage the PR strategies and communication plan with the team, including investors' approach to building relationships with the local community to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Managing budgets and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Protecting and promoting the company's brand image through marketing activities.
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing trends and competitor analysis to ensure the brand message remains relevant.
